About Source Collab
Chef Amber Caudle, Beth Hannemann and Cindy Van Pelt began their partnership in 2018 and established Source Collab hospitality group in 2022. Their mission is to nourish every aspect of life throughout their brands.
Source Collab is more than the sum of its parts. Each entity elevates experiences across food, wellness, and hospitality to put guests in touch with their deepest sensory pleasures. Source Collab values mindfulness, sensuality, accessibility, and enrichment.
Source Collab is currently composed of two brick and mortar restaurants, Source Café in Hermosa Beach and Nine24 Kitchen in Manhattan Beach (formerly Source Café Manhattan Beach) and a cake brand, Sweetrise, coming soon.
Nine24 Kitchen (formerly Source Café in Manhattan Beach) was named one of the best new restaurants in South Bay in 2020 and the Source Collab was also named 2022’s Best Woman Owned Business by the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce.

Cindy Van Pelt
Pastry Chef
Cindy Van Pelt is the Chief Operating Officer for Source Collab. She is also the co-owner and lead pastry chef of Source Café, Nine24 Kitchen, and Sweetrise. Following her passion for baking, she opened The Sweetest Sin, a bake shop at the onset of her career. She fuses her passion for health, creativity, and baking to bring the delightful pastries of Source Collab and custom cakes of Sweetrise to life. She is proud to own a business where anyone can enjoy sweet delights and not have to think twice about what they are consuming. Cindy runs the daily operations for all locations and leads the cake brand, Sweetrise, for Source Collab.
Beth Hannemann
CFO
Beth Hannemann is the Chief Financial Officer and co-owner of Source Collab. She combines her love for food, numbers, design, real estate, and project management into a dream come true. She spent 15 years at PwC where she analyzed data and created financial models primarily in the context of fraud investigations and litigation support. After dealing with daunting family and health issues, Beth decided that she needed to focus on her health and well being and shifted to real estate investing. Once she met Chef Amber Caudle, she finally found a place where her passions collided. Being a traveling foodie herself, their union was in perfect alignment. Outside of her financial focus for Source Collab, Beth enjoys overseeing the design aesthetics of Source collab spaces. At Source Collab, Beth is in charge of the finances, accounting, technology, and investor relations for all locations.
